1. Warranty Coverage

JEELE provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in its Paint Protection Film (PPF) products under normal use and proper maintenance.

The warranty period varies by product model and is specified in the applicable product documentation.

The warranty covers the following defects when caused by manufacturing or material issues:

  1. Cracking, bubbling, or delamination of the film.
  2. Abnormal yellowing or discoloration.
  3. Premature loss of gloss or abnormal surface deterioration, where applicable.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  1. Improper installation, removal, handling, or maintenance.
  2. Accidents, collisions, vandalism, or intentional damage.
  3. Exposure to harsh chemicals, strong acids, alkalis, or improper cleaning products.
  4. Natural disasters, extreme environmental conditions, or external forces.
  5. Scratches, cuts, abrasion, or other physical damage caused by external factors.
  6. Normal wear and tear.
  7. Damage to vehicle paint caused by improper film removal, repainted surfaces, or pre-existing paint defects.

3. Warranty Registration & Claims

After PPF installation, customers must email service@jeeletec.com with the vehicle license plate number, vehicle make and model, and clear photos of the completed installation to register their warranty.

Once registered, a unique Warranty Registration Number will be generated through the JEELE warranty system.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

1.  Warranty Registration Number.

2.  Proof of purchase.

3.  Product model and purchase date.

4.  Clear photos or videos showing the reported defect.

5.  Details of the affected area or length of film.

6.  Additional evidence or product samples if reasonably required for inspection.

JEELE will review the submitted information and determine whether the reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty.

4. Warranty Compensation – Material Only

For verified manufacturing defects covered by this warranty, JEELE will provide replacement PPF material at no charge.

Replacement material will be calculated based on the actual verified defective area or length of the film. Replacement of an entire roll is not automatically provided unless the entire roll is confirmed to be defective.

This warranty covers PPF material only. Labor costs, film removal, reinstallation, and other related service expenses are not covered, except where required by applicable law. 

5. Additional Terms

This warranty applies only to eligible JEELE PPF products and does not cover damage resulting from misuse or conditions outside normal product use.

Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
