Farb-PPF-Violett-Katalog (Trocken- und Nassverklebung) mit Luftkanälen zur Entlüftung

Thank you, Evan, for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear your customer is pleased with the purple PPF. We appreciate your trust in our product and look forward to serving you again.

Hello,
We're sorry that the color you selected did not meet your expectations.
However, we would like to clarify a few important facts.
The product we shipped matched the color selected in your order. You also acknowledged in our email correspondence that you had selected the wrong color. We have the order records to confirm that the correct product was shipped.
To help resolve the situation, we offered two options:
1.Exchange the product for another color, with the return and replacement shipping costs and applicable taxes covered by you, since the original order was fulfilled correctly.
2.Receive an additional $100 discount toward purchasing the color you actually wanted.

Unfortunately, neither option was accepted.
We always take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. However, when an order is fulfilled correctly, we cannot cover all the costs associated with a customer's change of color preference.
We believe the solutions we offered were fair and reasonable, and we remain happy to assist you with either option.
